About
Kick off KidsFest Saturday with a morning of outdoor play in the sunshine. Little Big KidsFest is run by the Whidbey Island Language, Art & STEM Center (WILASC), the island's first multidisciplinary learning center, offering joyful, hands-on enrichment in language, art, music, and STEM for kids ages 4-10.
Outdoor Summer Sun Fun is a supervised, drop-friendly session of nature games, movement, and cooperative outdoor activities led by WILASC's team of local teachers, artists, and makers. It takes place at the South Whidbey Community Center, a short distance from the main festival grounds, with shade, water, and a calmer pace for younger festivalgoers.
All KidsFest sessions are hosted by WILASC. Space may be limited - check the WILASC page for registration details and age guidance.
