Celia Farran returns for her 4th year as Lead Emcee and festival team member, bringing her warmth, humor, and infectious love of live music to the Outdoor Main Stage at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds & Events Center. An international touring artist based on Whidbey Island, Celia keeps the festival energy flowing and ensures every performer and audience member feels right at home. Catch her guiding the weekend's main stage performances, as well as playing her own musical set on Saturday at 4:45 p.m. on the Midway Stage!
