Midpak

Based in Seattle, Washington, Midpak is an instrumental funk-fueled psychedelic experience. With influences ranging from 70's grooves to modern dance music, featuring the occasional trip to outer space.

Midpak started in June of 2022, when guitarist Nik Jordan and drummer Ben Kinney wanted to write songs with a funky vision, inspired by artists like Santana, James Brown, and Khruangbin. They began playing constantly around Seattle and were soon joined by bassist Sam Holman and percussionist Daniel Lopez. Since then Midpak has played well over a hundred shows on stages around Washington, from small bars to sold out venues.

Audiences can expect screaming guitar solos, bass breaks, washy reverby landscapes, and occasional moments of complete silence.
