Nathaniel Talbot (w/ special guests)

Raised in the wooded foothills southeast of Portland, Oregon, Nathaniel Talbot grew up steeped in big firs and wide farmscapes that left a lifelong mark on his songwriting. He started piano at seven, formed a punk band at thirteen, and later found his voice in the guitar-driven lineage of Kelly Joe Phelps, Elliott Smith, and Bill Frisell.

Talbot performs as a duo with Keegan Harshman on upright bass, and as an electric trio with Mickey Grimm on drums, his complex fingerstyle guitar and clear, storytelling voice grounding every arrangement. His music has dirt under its fingernails, true American roots born from the soulful edge of tradition and the Pacific Northwest's legacy of freedom and innovation.
